Shipping Policy
At Nado Art Vibes, each artwork is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Because our art is original and often delicate or oversized, we apply the utmost care to every order.
Processing Time

Standard orders are shipped within 5–7 business days.

Custom or large-format pieces may take longer.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details when your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or specialized art couriers, depending on the nature of the piece and destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the artwork’s size, weight, and delivery location. For custom or international shipping requests, please contact joshuajducharme@gmail.com prior to purchasing.
Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.

We will assist with a claim through the carrier.
International Orders
We may offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Reach out before ordering at joshuajducharme@gmail.com.
Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our fine art, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Every piece is original and sold as-is.
